Depojoy 60 mg</strong (containing dapoxetine hydrochloride) is a prescription medication used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64.
How to Use It
- Mechanism: It is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases serotonin levels in the nervous system to help delay the ejaculatory reflex.
- Usage: Taken on-demand, typically prior to anticipated sexual activity. Frequency limitations apply regarding how often the medicine can be taken.
- Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water to reduce the risk of fainting or dizziness.
Here are the three main benefits:
- Premature Ejaculation: Helps increase the time before ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation during sexual activity.
- On-Demand Use: Take only when needed, generally 1–3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. It is not intended for continuous daily use.
