How to Use It

• Empty your bowels: Try to use the bathroom before insertion so the suppository can be absorbed completely without being disrupted by stool. 
• Wash your hands: Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. 
• Check the firmness: If the suppository feels soft inside the foil, place it under cool running water or in the refrigerator for a few minutes to harden it before opening.

Here are the three main benefits:

• Wash hands: Wash your hands before use and remove one suppository from the package immediately before application.
• Insert rectally: Gently insert 1 suppository into the rectum, preferably in the evening before bedtime.
